We are currently looking for a Senior 2D Artist to join our team for an exciting mobile casual game project. The artist will be responsible for creating game assets starting from linear sketches, with a focus on isometric views, and collaborating closely with the 3D artist to finalize the models for the game.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create high-quality linear sketches for game assets, specifically focusing on isometric perspectives.

• Collaborate with the 3D artist to pass on sketches for model creation (3D blanks).

• Ensure designs are compatible with the 3D workflow and ready for further development.

• Work closely with the project team to ensure the visual style aligns with the overall game concept.

• Develop assets in various styles as required by the project, with an emphasis on isometric design.

• Maintain a consistent art style throughout the project to ensure a cohesive visual experience.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Senior-level experience in creating 2D art for mobile games, particularly in isometric views.

• Proficiency in software (preferably, but not limited to):

  • Photoshop

  • Illustrator

  • Procreate

• Ability to create clean, detailed sketches and designs that will be used for 3D modeling.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, with a focus on asset design for casual games.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other artists (such as 3D artists) and project teams.

• Proven experience working within the casual game genre.

• A relevant portfolio showcasing isometric design and game assets (characters, environments, objects, etc.) is required.

• Formal education in art is required.
