You and your team will be the bridge between Merchandising and Product and Engineering. You will bring insight and direction to product strategy discussions by understanding, balancing, and synthesizing the broader context of what’s important to the user, business and developers. You will manage complex product launches, identifying and coordinating both the operational and technical dependencies. You will cultivate cross-functional alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders, and scale the team and its impact through new capabilities, approaches, and partnerships.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Support the development and execution of the Product roadmap for Apps and Games as it relates to discovery and promotional experiences.

  • Work in partnership with the Merchandising team to launch new products, scale operations and increase impact.

  • Drive development of the capabilities needed to support Merchandising. Track progress on new feature development, and communicate milestones, feature details, and launches with the Merchandising team.

  • Develop deep user insights to inform Merchandising outcomes, including understanding of customer lifecycles, segments, and more. Analyze internal data, market research and industry trends to inform decision making.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

5 years of work experience, including 3 years working in a product development environment.

5 years of experience in leadership, people management and hiring and mentoring talent across global locations.

5 years of content development experience.

3 years of e-commerce experience.
