For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Your mission is to drive the seamless onboarding experience for our users while ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations and optimizing payment processes. You will lead a team responsible for user journey flows, focusing on new user conversion rates and payment success metrics.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You are responsible for: % new user conversion, % successful payments, and cost of payments.

  • Lead the development and execution of the onboarding strategy, ensuring a frictionless and compliant experience for users.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, and operations to define product requirements and prioritize initiatives.

  • Manage third-party API integrations related to AML/KYC, payment processing, and other key functionalities.

  • Utilize data analytics to track user journey flows, identify pain points, and optimize conversion rates and payment success metrics.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in onboarding and payments.

  • Define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of onboarding processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Head up payments and ensure that we have world-class payment options in key markets such that we drive conversions up and third-party costs down.

  • Reporting to the CEO, communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, engineering teams, and external partners.

  • Mentor and support a team of product managers and analysts, fostering their professional growth and development.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and emerging technologies relevant to AML/KYC compliance and payment processing.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on onboarding, payments, and compliance in the fintech or related industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Deep understanding of AML/KYC regulations and compliance requirements, with experience implementing related solutions.

  • Strong technical background with knowledge of third-party API integrations and payment processing systems.

  • Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.

  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.

  • Passion for user experience and a customer-centric approach to product development.
