For which tasks (responsibilities)?

● Determine priorities and manage production schedules.

● Build a collaborative work environment and leverage the strengths of team members.

● Establish a streamlined production infrastructure.

● Manage the full art producing life cycle and building work plans and timetables.

● Planning and control of the project budget against the project costs and project revenues

● Monitoring the progress of the project, raising red "flags" ahead of time, building metrics.

● Provide guidance and support to artists throughout the production cycle.

● Utilize project management software for efficient task management.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

● Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

● Proven experience in art project management in a art studio environment.

● Strong organizational and leadership skills.

● Time management and prioritization skills

● Familiarity with project management software (Assana/Monday…)

● Background in the gaming industry – an advantage

● Multitasking and Proactive problem-solving abilities.

● Self-motivated and results-driven.

● Excellent English communication skills.
